At L1 Performance, we offer Pilates classes in small groups of up to eight people. Ria, our instructor, has been practicing Pilates for over ten years and has a wealth of experience in working with people of all abilities and ages.
Our group Pilates classes are great fun and will leave you feeling energised and looking forward to the next session!
L1 offers a relaxing and supportive environment with premium facilities for changing and showering.
L1 adopts an inclusive approach and we welcome first time visitors, who may be at the start of their health and fitness journey, with the same respect as we pay to the professional athletes who use our facilities.
All you need to bring is your basic kit; top and bottoms.
We will provide the rest for you; towels toiletries and of course mats!
We advise that you come to L1 five minutes before the sessions starts, so you have time to prepare and get the most out of your class!
You’ll be greeted upon arrival at the reception desk and we will show you where the changing facilities are and where the yoga & Pilates studio is.

Steph joins us all the way from Sydney, Australia. Teaching at one of Australia’s most renowned fitness Pilates studios in Bondi, Steph has brought with her the knowledge and experience in helping clients gain toned, fit and healthy beach ready body’s. With a background studying nutrition, she has a passion for health and fitness and loves seeing clients flourish through healthy eating and exercise. With an emphasis on developing long lean muscles, a sculpted core and poised posture. She is sweet natured but tough and will help you achieve your Pilates goals.
As a 1stclass honours degree graduate from the prestigious Northern school of contemporary dance, Natasha has gained qualifications in Personal training and Pilates. Natasha used her extensive knowledge from her vocational training of contemporary and ballet, fused with personal training, Pilates and yoga to be one of the co-founders of the L1 Performance Barre classes.
Natasha trained and performed professionally as a dancer. Combining her extensive knowledge of body alignment, postural correction and body awareness, Natasha has a niche approach to Personal training incorporating Pilates techniques to resistance training. As a coach Natasha focuses on the long-term health benefits of health and fitness, concentrating on both physical and mental well-being to produce long term health benefits.
